Q: How much money can I make?

A: Your success really depends on talking to people with your best interest at heart. Our goal at iQ Markets is to help you achieve the goal you want to achieve be that

Q: Can I just buy the house next door?

A: Yes you can as long as your area is the best performing area in the country. This is an investment and our job is to find you the property that is affordable to you and will provide you with the best results for your goals.

Q: Does it have to be in another state?

A: No it does not HAVE to be. It has to be wherever we can find one that will help you achieve your goals.

Q: Why can’t I just go to the local Real Estate Agent?

A: Their job is to sell you property ‘in their front window.’ It is not there job to provide you with investment opportunities somewhere in the country to help you achieve your goals.

Q: What if I can’t get a tenant?

A: Part of the criteria we use to find a property that works for you is finding one where there is a low vacancy rate. This gives you the best opportunity to have a tenant in your property at handover (or close to it).

Q: How much will this cost me?

A: We tailor the investment to your budget to make sure you can afford the property. Cash flow is king. The right property with the right finance package can be anything from positive cash flow to $100 out of pocket per week. Depending on what you want. We will present the options and you decide.

Q: Can I use my own bank?

A: Yes you can. We recommend specialist investment brokers to help you get the best results. However, if your broker can do it for you and understands the complexities of investment loans, we will help where we can.

Q: What will it cost me to use your service?

A: We are paid by the builders so there is no out of pocket expense to you for using us. It will cost you the same as doing all the work yourself. You get to use our years of experience for free.
